They are those not-so-well-qualified, uncertified, non-traditional and unrecognized but wonderful IT warriors of SMEs.

SMBs are Small and Medium Businesses in the US corresponding to SMEs in India.

Let us say you need a Productivity figure of 4 for IT Success.  Your IT Interns are good – so let us assume they give you a productivity figure of 2.  Then how about your IT systems, management and policies ?
